Shipping policy

The Painted Ladies offers shipping in the United States and around the world. Please allow 11-15 business days for your order to be fulfilled; custom order processing times are determined case-by-case. 

The Painted Ladies is not held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to the post office. After we bring it to the post office it is in the hands of the fulfillment company. However, if you have any problems with your order, please reach out to us. We care about making things right.
